One time was very good kebab in pita but second time (today) was really bad and this meat not good. But first time everything was very tasty.. what happens?

Not many kebab places bakes their own pita and serves pure meat. This place is unique and really shows of the trade craft that is put into a proper kebab in pita. The sauce has fresh chili and the vegetables are crispy and good. They are priced a bit over normal but for the proper kebab experience it is totally worth it. There is plenty of space outside and inside to eat and relax. They also serve beer on tap and in bottles. Food is served fast and I am truly blown away by the kebab experience. Something you usually have to travel abroad for. This is nothing like a bislet kebab and the other semi kebab places that serve a chopped up meat paste in a soggy pre fabricated frozen pita. You get what you pay for.

The menu option for the kebab is not too big, however the kebab that they habe is good. The bread is homemade, which adds more value to the food. The meet is good quality and is well served. The sauce is especially particular, since is not sweet, it reminds me more like a siricha sauce (the red one). I really liked it. The place is just tale away, no bathroom for the costumers. I was there on 16th of May and the staff was really busy and stressed, everybody wanted this type of food before a big day. They were effective and worked as fast as they could. You can see the kitchen while they work.
